HOW TO PLAY
NEON BLOCK ARCADE FIELD MANUAL
T.T.WORLD is a browser arcade built from six block games that share a familiar set of inputs but ask for different skills: speed, endurance, reversed spatial thinking, adaptation, racing and survival battle.
Your first session
For a short solo introduction, choose RiNT, leave the target at 10 lines and choose Basic. Check the outlined landing before each hard drop. Release Space after one placement: holding it deliberately repeats the drop after a short delay. On mobile, release the drop button for the same reason.
After the run, keep target and pace unchanged for a useful time comparison. Move to ViVE for increasing speed, RiSE for upward play, or ROLL for changing board orientation. RiNG local AI offers a race without waiting for another player; FiTE uses a battle room.
Read a worked example before choosing: RiNT target finish · ViVE speed transition · RiSE ceiling placement · ROLL pending turn · RiNG practice race · FiTE defence calculation.
What is T.T.WORLD?
Each game begins directly in the browser and is designed for a short session that can be repeated to improve a time, score or match result. RiNT and RiSE are target-clear sprints; ViVE tests survival and score; ROLL changes the world direction; RiNG is a race against a player or local AI; FiTE is a last-survivor battle.
Basic Controls
- ← / →
- Move the active block horizontally.
- ↓
- Soft drop in RiNT-style downward games.
- ↑
- Rotate in downward games; soft rise in RiSE rules.
- X
- Clockwise rotation.
- Z
- Counter-clockwise rotation.
- Space
- Hard drop, or hard rise under RiSE rules.
- Q
- Ready, start or restart where shown.
- Esc
- Return to the game selector.
Touch controls reproduce the actions needed by the selected mobile game. The on-screen labels take priority when a rule changes direction.
Game Types
- Fastest record: RiNT clears downward toward a chosen line target.
- Endurance: ViVE accelerates while score and survival time grow.
- Reverse sprint: RiSE builds upward toward the ceiling.
- Adaptability: ROLL changes orientation after each 15-second interval.
- Race: RiNG compares target completion against a rival or local AI.
- Battle: FiTE converts multi-line clears into attacks and rewards the last survivor.
Records and Scores
Sprint modes rank a completed target primarily by elapsed time. ViVE records score, cleared lines and survival time. RiNG and FiTE contribute wins when a signed-in player finishes a valid match. Guest results may appear in public rankings, while Google sign-in provides a persistent nickname and personal record summary.
Closing or resetting an unfinished run does not count as a completed sprint. Networked results depend on the match reaching its normal end state.
Single Player and AI
RiNT, ViVE, RiSE and ROLL can be played as immediate solo challenges. RiNG also offers a local AI opponent. In that mode you can select RiNT-style DOWN or RiSE-style UP rules, set the target lines and choose an AI level from Easy through Extreme. FiTE hosts may add Easy or Normal bots to fill a battle room.
Multiplayer
RiNG supports quick matching, a player list, invitations and room codes for a two-player race. FiTE supports quick matching and rooms for survivor battles of up to ten participants. Ready states and countdowns are shown inside each game. A connection loss can cancel a RiNG race or remove a participant from a FiTE battle, so a stable connection is recommended.
Fair Play
Play with normal keyboard or touch input. Automated input, modified clients, fabricated result messages and attempts to manipulate rooms or rankings are not fair play. T.T.WORLD may reject malformed results, but no browser game can promise that every hostile client is detectable. If a result looks wrong, include the game, browser, operating system and what happened in a bug report.
